Paul PorcinoSenior Executive

Paul has over 25 years of experience in Strategy and Human Resources development for organizations of varied sizes in multiple industry segments. Since 2005, Paul has consulted on strategy and tactical execution, guiding small to mid-sized companies successfully through periods of major assessment and transformation. These companies include Graeter’s, Inc. (super-premium ice cream), CoEd – Cooperative for Education (a non-profit, reducing poverty in Guatemala) Prosthetics Design, Inc. (a manufacturing center and clinic) and Montgomery County Auto Title.

Paul built his leadership experience through several Human Resources and Operations Management roles at LensCrafters, The Antioch Company/Creative Memories and Paxar. He is currently an Executive member of the Board of Directors at ADAMHS (Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services of Montgomery County), CoEd and the Organizational Development Network of Miami Valley. He is past Chair of Artemis Center for Alternatives to Domestic Violence.

Paul’s focus is working with organizations that are ready for “next step” advances – exploring future potential and working with leadership to achieve their objectives. “Paul innately understands how to take an organization from where it is, to where it wants to go. He is one of the few people who possess the ability to see things from a right-brain, creative, ‘big picture’ perspective, and in the next hour, be able to translate these big picture dreams into a concrete, executable plan.”

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Antioch College as well as being a Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2002.
